The Construction Allpass Card is an electronic card that construction workers must use when entering a construction site. You can apply for one at a nearby post office, Hana Bank, or online, providing your basic safety and health training certificate and ID. When you tag the card upon entry and exit, your work history is recorded, helping with retirement pension fund contributions. From 2024, existing electronic cards will be integrated into the Construction Allpass Card, and you can easily check your attendance records via a mobile app. Tagging records are sent to the fund in real time, preventing omissions in working days and work experience.
