You can check your Housing Lottery (Cheongyak) results on the Korea Appraisal Board's ApplyHome website after logging in with your Public Certificate (Ggongdong Injeungseo). Go to the 'Winner Announcement' menu and select the housing type and apartment you applied for. Lottery results are available from midnight on the announcement day, and you can only view the last 10 days of results. If it's been more than 10 days, you can check in the 'Application Restrictions' menu. Winners and reserve winners will receive a notification text message at 8 AM on the announcement day. If you have difficulty using the internet (e.g., disabled or elderly), you can check your results at a bank or model house after applying in person. You need a Public Certificate to avoid duplicate names, and if your name is in English, the first 6 letters will be used for the search. Applications can only be submitted using a Public Certificate or a Financial Certificate, but checking lottery results is possible with any certificate. For details, refer to news channels.
