You can adjust your insurance premium by downloading the Income Reconciliation Agreement Form from the National Health Insurance Service website through the 'Customer Service' section and submitting it along with a copy of your identification. Additional documents such as a business closure/reopening certificate, a certificate of dismissal, and a certificate of income amount may be required. You can only apply for a premium adjustment if your income has ceased or decreased. Other income such as interest, pension, and dividends are excluded from the adjustment, however, you can apply for a reduction in religious income. This process can be carried out online (only for business closure/reopening applicants) or offline. Please refer to news channels for detailed information.
